property. When you finish paying for the item, the lien is removed.

there are any liens against it. You don't want to find that you have become
liable for an unpaid debt on the car you are buying. This information is not

Affairs personal property database for liens and registered encumbrances on
a wide variety of items including motor vehicles. Search criteria include vehicle
identification numbers, serial numbers, lien registration numbers, persons an
